     These terms apply to the online store (here in after – "We", "Our", "Seller"), which offers to purchase saddles, various harnesses, and related products (here in after – "Goods"). By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read them.


2. Product Description and Quality

     We do everything possible to provide accurate information about saddles — their construction, dimensions, and features. Each product is checked before shipping.
     Please note that natural leather and wool products may have slight visual differences, which are not considered defects.


3. Prices and Payments

     All prices are indicated in euros with VAT included. Payment can be made using the specified payment methods (for example, bank transfer, card, etc.). The goods will be processed and shipped after payment is received.


4. Delivery

     Delivery options and costs are calculated before purchase confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service provider. Each item is photographed before dispatch; if the item is damaged during delivery, we do not take responsibility for it.


5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

     According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. The returned item must not be used or damaged and must be in its original packaging. Return costs are covered by the buyer.
     For personalized or specially adapted items (for example, with customer-selected colors, widths, treatments), the right of withdrawal may not apply.
Please contact us before returning to agree on the procedure.


6. Warranty

     Our saddles come with a 6-month warranty for structural defects (for example, tree breakage, seam splitting). The warranty does not cover:
damage caused by improper use or maintenance;
signs of natural wear and tear (scratches, color changes, etc.).


7. Data Protection

     We process your personal data only for order processing and shipping. Data is not shared with third parties except for delivery partners. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.


8. Intellectual Property

     All photographs, texts, and designs published on the website are protected by copyright. Copying or using them without written permission is prohibited.


9. Dispute Resolution

     Any disagreements between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through negotiations. If this is not possible, disputes are considered in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.
